I had aftermarket suspension installed on my GMC AT4 and they did a tremendous job. They were very knowledgeable in what needed to be done and what I needed to order. Great customer service and reasonable pricing.

I would have given a 6th star if I could. Did you know that you can get your moneys worth from an automobile inspection? I Googled to find East Coast Auto Pros to get a car checked out for my daughter. I am from a small town and never know what to expect when it comes to the "city folk"(yeah, I know-not a nice thing to say, my sincere apology). After the PreBuy Inspection, Hannah called to first ask..beach buggy, will it be a daily driver, what are your needs? I told her that it was for my daughter who can work on basic car things. Hannah went over the Inspection line by line, really taking the time to explain what each thing meant. I had told her that I am not a car guy. In the end, Hannah said that this would probably not be the car for us. I am overjoyed, A) To get good advice & B) To find out that in this fast paced world that there are still people and companies that still take the time to do the whole job. This was an A+++ experience. Thank you, Hannah and East Coast Auto Pros!!

I brought in my Ford F-150 into this shop and they did an amazing job. The staff were very helpful, in letting me know exactly what was wrong with my truck, aswell as letting me know the steps they took to fix it. Overall great place for repairs.

Excellent in reporting issues, and keeping customers informed

Hannah and the rest of the team did a full inspection and were honest with the state of a high mileage vehicle with many problems. I really liked they used photos and organized the report into what was major vs minor. Others may have pushed for expensive repairs that were not worth it on such an old vehicle. but they gave us the truth which allowed us to make some important decisions. Due to having to get a different car, they even applied a small discount to the inspection fee which was very kind. I would highly recommend East Cooper Auto Pros. Thank y’all.

This shop is AMAZING!!! They did everything possible to make my life easier. They are so helpful and so responsive. Dan is amazing. I will be coming back time and time again. You can tell they truly care about their customers.

I cannot say enough good things about this auto repair shop. While on vacation in Charleston, my vehicle developed a serious issue just one day before I was scheduled to drive back home. The team agreed to take my vehicle in immediately, quickly diagnosed the root cause of the problem, and went above and beyond to source a part that was not readily available for my specific vehicle model. Most impressively, they completed the repair and had my car road-ready within a day, allowing me to make the trip home with confidence. Throughout the process, everyone was professional, friendly, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me get back on the road safely. Their expertise, responsiveness, and customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and dependable automotive service.
